Shipping After purchasing through our website, we will contact you to discuss the shipping or pickup of the item. The prices on our website do not include delivery. Please contact us if you would like to receive a shipping quote.
All our items are shipped or picked up from Kortrijk, Belgium. In Belgium, the Netherlands, northern France, or Germany, we deliver personally, depending on the item and the client's wishes or needs. We can arrange worldwide delivery.
The buyer is also free to organize the shipping themselves. In that case, unless otherwise agreed, paid items must be picked up within a week of payment. After this week, a storage fee of €100 per week will be applied.
Transport damage Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a shipped product is damaged. Of course, we try to prevent this by packaging the shipment very carefully. Upon arrival of your shipment, we ask that you inspect it immediately.
Please check the outer packaging and the shipped product. If any damage has occurred, we ask that you report this to us within 24 hours by sending an email to info@conceptliving.be.
We kindly request that you send photos of the damage (and the packaging) so that it can be assessed immediately. The sooner you report it, the sooner we can start working on a solution.
