Set of Six Model 222 Dining Chairs by Robert Mallet-Stevens

A set of six Model 222 dining chairs, also known as MS05, after the 1928 design by French architect Robert Mallet-Stevens. Burgundy metal frames and grey upholstered seats give this set a distinctive architectural presence.

Appearance & Functionality

Rounded tubular frames contrast with three flat vertical backrest slats, creating a clean geometric silhouette. The glossy burgundy finish adds warmth and colour, complemented by the understated grey upholstery.

The chairs are solid and sturdy. The frames show scratches, small chips and colour variations to the finish. Please refer to the photographs for details.
