A beautiful pair of signed ceramic pitchers by Accolay, handcrafted in France during the 1960s. Characterized by their elegant baluster-shaped forms, cylindrical pedestal bases and richly textured speckled glaze, these pieces exemplify the distinctive organic aesthetic of the celebrated Accolay pottery workshop.
Finished in a warm reddish-brown glaze with contrasting blue-grey glazed interiors, the pitchers display subtle variations in form and finish that reflect their handcrafted production. Their sculptural silhouettes and refined proportions allow them to function equally well as decorative pitchers, small vases or standalone ceramic objects.
An authentic and highly decorative pair of French Mid-Century studio ceramics, offering timeless craftsmanship and understated elegance.
